It's Monday morning and time to get back to work and catch up with some editing. This scrumptious little guy came to see me a few weeks ago...
This has been a crazy busy week! Oh, who am I kidding, it's been non-stop busy around here for the last few months, but I purposely blocked off some time this week to prepare for the Durham Parent Baby and Kids Show on Saturday in Pickering. The idea was no photo editing, no sessions - just focus on getting everything ready for the weekend. Well, my intentions were good, and I only edited photos on Monday and Tuesday :) and I just couldn't say no when I received a call last week asking if I had any time for a session this week. I am so glad that I agreed to meeting with this wonderful family because if I hadn't I could have missed out on this amazingly precious little girl! Thank you to Mom and Dad for driving all the way to see me, it was such a pleasure meeting you! I know I said I wouldn't get a sneak peek up until at least next week, but I just couldn't resist at least one...I'll post a few more next week as I catch up with my photo editing. OK, now I am officially taking a few days off from photo editing :) ... I think...
The Durham Parent Baby and Kids Show is coming up soon!! This a fantastic show with many different exhibitors offering great products and services for new and expecting parents.

As an end to this beautiful Easter long weekend I thought I would have a little fun trying out some new photoshop actions I just got the other day.
Happy Easter everyone! I will have more great photos of this little guy a little later in the week, but I really wanted to show Mom and Dad this particular one. They brought in this great little Tonka truck and were hoping that baby C would fit in it and he did! Thanks for a great session!
Meet Z. She is sweet. She is beautiful. She is adorable. She should be a model. She knows how to smash a cake. I think I would like to keep her.
So far most of my cake smash session kids have been very timid and delicate at the beginning with their cake, but not little Z, she knew what to do the minute that cake was in front of her. I think we managed to get all the pictures in less that 10 minutes...the clean up time took longer that the smashing time!! I really would have loved to post all of her pictures here, they are just so cute, but in the interest of managing my time properly and getting all my client session proof galleries up, I settled on just a few...
