My kiddos.... {Durham Region Children Photography}

Continuing yesterday's thought.... would there be anything more difficult than trying to get posed photos of a 2 and 5 year old? YES! Trying to get photos of my kids!! They moan, groan, run and hide whenever the camera comes out :) Did I traumatize them as children or something?? Did I take one too many photos when they were really little? But how could I not photograph them? Aren't they gorgeous? (I know, I know, I've got a little bias thing going on here...) They were kind enough to allow me a little outdoor photo session with them a couple of weeks ago and it was worth every moment of begging and cajoling to get them out there. Even the dog cooperated for a quick snap. Thanks guys...love you!

Candid is sometimes best....

Sometimes kids don't want to have their picture taken! Image that... LOL! So sometimes candid photos are the best way to capture them, especially when you want siblings together in the same photo! Just try to get a 2 year and a 5 year old to cooperate at same time...come on, I dare you ;)

Fun at the Park.... {Whitby Children's Photographer}

I had lots of fun the other day with a great bunch of ladies and their beautiful children. I am sure they are all patiently waiting for their photos. Just narrowing down all the photos was quite the challenge and I am now beginning the editing. I thought I would begin posting a couple of sneak peeks as I go along. Summertime.... {Durham Region Maternity Photographer}

Now that school is out and my children are home everyday, summer is turning into a different kind of busy! It's amazing that we are already into their 4th week of summer vacation!! Where is the time going?

I had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful couple the other day, and must say that mom-to-be looks absolutely fantastic in her 8th month of pregnancy!! When I first saw this next image on my computer I knew right away that it was going to be one of my absolute favourites. There is just something so peaceful and beautiful about mom's expression, the way she is lovingly looking down at her belly. I LOVE it!!
